Shipping, Returns & Warranty – DecoStation

1. Shipping Policy

Where we ship – Canada-wide & continental USA via insured ground freight.
Service level – Curb-side delivery (inside delivery available on request, extra fee).

Processing times

• In-stock items: 2–3 business days
• Custom finishes: 7–10 business days

Transit estimates

If a shipment arrives damaged, note it with the driver before signing and email photos to support@decostation.ca within 24 hours so we can start a claim.

2. Returns & Exchanges

Return or exchange within 14 days of receipt.

• Items must be unused, uncut, and in original packaging.
• 30 % restocking fee applies.
• Original & return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Final-sale items: custom-cut lengths, clearance colours, and PVC marble sheets.

How to start a return

1. Email returns@decostation.ca with your order #, photos, and reason.
2. Receive a Return Authorisation (RA) & form.
3. Ship or drop off the product to our warehouse.
4. Refund issued to original payment method within 1 business day of inspection.

In-store purchases must be returned at the showroom with the receipt.

3. Limited Lifetime Warranty – Acoustic & WPC Panels

DecoStation warrants to the original owner that our acoustic wood-slat and WPC fluted panels are free from manufacturing defects for the life of the product under normal residential or approved commercial use.

If you find a defect:

• Email warranty@decostation.ca within 14 days of discovery, with photos and proof of purchase.
• We may request the item be returned for evaluation.
• If confirmed defective, we will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.

This warranty excludes labour, installation costs, misuse, improper maintenance, acts of God, or damage during third-party transport. No agent or dealer may alter these terms.
