Refund & Returns Policy

At DecoStation, we want you to love every PVC marble sheet, fluted panel and acoustic feature wall you purchase from decostation.ca. If something isn’t right, this policy explains how to request a return or refund.
You have 30 calendar days from the day you receive your order to request a return. If you change your mind or no longer need the items, you are responsible for shipping the products back to our warehouse.
To qualify for a return, all items must be:
Uninstalled, unused and undamaged
In their original packaging (including pallets, corner protectors and shrink-wrap where supplied)
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
Custom-cut panels, made-to-order finishes and clearance items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible (see Section 6).
Email returns@decostation.ca with your order number, the items you wish to return and clear photos of their condition.
If your return is approved, we’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and detailed shipping instructions.
Ship the items to the address below within 14 days of receiving the RMA:

Packages sent without an RMA or to any other address will be refused. Unless the item is defective, you are responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.
Please inspect your delivery upon arrival. If your order is damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 48 hours (photos required). We will arrange a replacement, exchange or full refund—including shipping—at no cost to you.
Change of mind / over-ordering: Customer pays return freight.
Faulty, damaged or wrong item: DecoStation covers return freight or offers a free replacement.
We recommend using a trackable service and insuring the shipment; we cannot refund items lost or damaged in transit back to us.
Custom-cut or colour-matched panels
Installed or partially installed products
Clearance, “Final Sale” or gift cards
Hazardous or flammable materials (e.g., certain adhesives)
Contact us if you are unsure whether your product qualifies.
We’ll email you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or credit-card provider may take additional time to post the funds.
If 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received the funds, please email billing@decostation.ca with your RMA number.
